Fix common problems

   Update MeetAssist. The desktop app shows Update to v… on the setup screen when one is ready; for the extension, restart Chrome.

   Turn off VPN and check your internet.

   Make sure you’re signed in with the email you paid with.

4. 4

   Press Stop, then Start session again.

• It doesn’t hear the interviewer or me
• Answers don’t appear, are slow or say “Something went wrong”
• The app won’t install, open or show up
• Minutes, plan or payment missing
• The phone won’t connect
• It shows when I share my screen
