My minutes disappeared
A session counts minutes until you press ■ Stop, even if nobody talks and even if your laptop sleeps. Check start and stop times under Dashboard → Meetings. If a session ran on after your interview, write to us.
I paid but the app shows the free plan
The plan goes to the email you were signed in with when you paid. Your app is probably signed in with another one.

In the desktop app, click ⋯ next to your email on the setup screen → Sign out.

Sign in with the email you paid with.
My free minutes didn’t come back
Only the Chrome extension tops free minutes back up, to 20 once every 24 hours, when you connect. In the desktop app the 20 free minutes are a one-time trial.
The session stopped by itself
You ran out of minutes: the toolbar counts down 60 seconds, then the session stops and Start session becomes Buy credits. See plans.
