  • Provide real-time transcription and AI feedback during meetings
  • Generate post-meeting insights and suggestions
  • Improve the performance and reliability of the Service

4. AI and Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI’s API to generate feedback and suggestions from your transcripts. These AI-generated messages are stored to provide insights and history in your account. We also use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our platform.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure.

6. User Responsibility for Disclosures

When using MeetAssist to transcribe or analyze a meeting, you are responsible for informing other participants about the recording and use of AI, if required by applicable law. MeetAssist does not automatically notify meeting participants.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at support@meetassist.io. We will permanently delete all associated data. We are also working on making this available through your account dashboard.

8. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU or a jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority
