Add your CV, the job post and your own answers

The more MeetAssist knows about you and the role, the more your answers sound like you. All optional.

Job description

On the Context step, paste the job post into Job description, drop a file (PDF, Word, text or a screenshot), or click Import from link and paste the posting’s URL. Previous jobs brings back one you used before.

Tip

Paste the whole posting: responsibilities, requirements, tech stack. A couple of lines isn’t enough to tailor answers.

The Context step: job description, CV / Profile and Answer Bank.

CV / Profile

Click CV / Profile → + Add CV / Profile and choose:

  • Upload a file (recommended): PDF, Word, text or an image.
  • Import from a link: your LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn only shares the public part, so a PDF is better: on LinkedIn, open your profile → More → Save to PDF, then upload that file.
  • Paste as text.

One CV is used at a time. Pick another from the list, or choose None to answer without one.

Answer Bank

Your prepared stories and answers. When a similar question comes up, MeetAssist answers from them, in your words.

  1. 1

    Open Answer Bank

Click Answer Bank → Upload a file (PDF, Word or text, up to 10 MB) or Write it yourself.

  2. 2

Write it so it’s easy to use

Each question on its own line, your answer right under it, and a blank line between answers. Write answers the way you’d say them. Download example shows the format.

  3. 3

    Choose what to use

Select up to 5 documents for the session.
