Don't:

  • Read suggestions word-for-word
  • Rely entirely on AI without adding your insight
  • Look away from camera for too long
  • Sound robotic or rehearsed

Example Usage:

AI Suggests: "In my previous role, I led a team of 5 developers to migrate our legacy system to microservices, reducing deployment time by 60%."

You Say: "Great question! In my previous role at TechCorp, I actually led a similar migration project. We had a team of 5 engineers, and we moved from a monolithic architecture to microservices. The result was pretty impressive - we cut our deployment time from 2 hours down to about 45 minutes, which was roughly a 60% improvement. The team was really proud of that achievement."
