Every plan is a one-time payment: nothing renews, so there’s nothing to cancel. Buying a pass while one is active adds its days on top.
How minutes are counted
- Only while a session runs, from Start session to ■ Stop, silence included.
- Answers and Analyze inside a session cost nothing extra.
- A session doesn’t stop by itself, not even when your laptop sleeps. Press Stop when the interview ends.
- The practice See how it works uses minutes too.
- When you’re almost out, the toolbar counts down 60 seconds and the session stops.
Free minutes
- Every new account gets 20 minutes.
- Chrome extension: if you have less than 20, they top back up to 20 once every 24 hours. They don’t add up.
- Desktop app: the 20 minutes are a one-time trial.
- On the free plan the extension waits 60 seconds between sessions.
Buying and paying
- Buy from Dashboard → Pricing. In the desktop app, click the minutes in the toolbar, or ⋯ → Get credits.
- Payment goes through Stripe in US dollars: cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.
- Your purchases are listed under Your Purchase History on the Pricing page.
- Make sure you’re signed in with the email you use in the app: the plan goes to that account.
Tip
Card declined? Many banks block international online payments by default. Allow them for the card, or pay with PayPal. MeetAssist only charges through Stripe in US dollars; a charge in another currency or through another processor isn’t from us.
