Sign in
Open MeetAssist (the desktop app, the extension or meetassist.io/login) and choose Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or type your email under or continue with email. There is no password.
- In the desktop app, Google and Apple open in your browser. Finish there and the app signs in by itself.
- An email link works for one hour, and only the newest one works. You can open it on your phone too.
- Stuck in the desktop app? Click Trouble signing in?.
Your first sign-in creates the account and adds 20 free minutes.
Use the same email everywhere
Minutes, plans, your CV and your interview history belong to one account, and the account is your email. Sign in with a different one (Google on one computer, Apple on another) and you’ll see an empty account.
Tip
Apple’s “Hide My Email” gives you a different address from your usual one. Bought a plan and don’t see it? You’re most likely signed in with another email.
The email of an account can’t be changed. If you need your minutes moved to another email, write to us.
Sign out
In the desktop app: on the setup screen, click ⋯ next to your email at the bottom left → Sign out. The same menu has Dashboard and Get credits.
