Delete your account or uninstall

Delete your MeetAssist account and its data yourself in a minute, or uninstall the app on Windows, Mac or Chrome.

Delete your account

Open Profile
Sign in at meetassist.io and open Profile in the sidebar.

Danger Zone
At the bottom, under Danger Zone, click Delete Account.

Confirm
Type DELETE and confirm. You’re signed out, and your profile, transcripts and meetings are removed.

Good to know

This can’t be undone, and unused minutes and passes go with the account. Want a refund? Ask for it first.

Windows: Settings → Apps → MeetAssist → Uninstall.
Mac: quit MeetAssist (× on the setup screen, or Cmd + Q), then drag it from Applications to the Trash.
Chrome: open chrome://extensions and click Remove under MeetAssist.

Uninstalling doesn’t delete your account or minutes.
